Burdens – Lochside culverts extension (886)

4.5m x 0.8m culverts were supplied by Shay Murtagh Precast for this project. The units were manufactured in 2m lengths and each unit weighed 19T. The culverts had a section thickness of 300mm. A special requirement was for a 1500mm wide x 200mm deep channel to be provided in the bottom slab of the culverts. Thirteen number 2m long units were manufactured for this project.
