Along with continued investment in plant, equipment and technology the company purchased a 250 acre sand and aggregate deposit adjacent to its manufacturing facility in 1996. In doing so they secured the source of primary materials for many years.

This product achieved certification from the Irish Agrement Board in March 2000.
From the introduction of this product onto the Irish market, research and development of new products has become a key factor in the company’s success. Culverts, retaining walls and a Rainwater Harvesting System quickly followed . Shortly after Precast Concrete Lift Shafts were launched and 2007 saw the relaunch of an old product, concrete bridge beams.
In keeping with our Environmental programme the Company reinstated the land around a section of the disused sand pit into a nine hole golf course which is used by the local community and employees at no charge.
