Killybegs Water Supply Scheme

The Killybegs Water Supply Scheme serves a population of approximately 4,000 people in the area, including the local fish processing industry. Due to its limited capacity, the water treatment plant faces the potential for supply disruptions and lacks sufficient facilities for sludge treatment.

This €12.5 million upgrade will ensure reliable and sustainable drinking water supply for both the residential and industrial sectors in Killybegs and the surrounding area.
