The Old War Office, an iconic building rich in British history and once frequented by figures such as Winston Churchill and Edward VIII, has been reimagined as a luxury hotel and residence.

Evans by Shay Murtagh, in partnership with Logic, were honoured to contribute to this extraordinary redevelopment project initiated by the Hinduja Group. This project breathes new life into a significant part of Britain's heritage. The revamped structure includes:

  • A vast 580,000-square-foot building
  • 85 exclusive residences
  • 5 unique heritage suites
  • Expansive swimming pool facilities
  • A grand marble staircase leading to the lobby
  • A courtyard space adorned with lush planting and tranquil water features
